1. How do I start off?

You will be required to provide a valid delivery address and a contact number to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of your order. Creating an account also allows you to track orders and manage your purchase history efficiently.

 
3. What payment methods are available?
 

We have integrated Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. The following payment options are supported:

4. Is there a minimum order value?
 

Yes, the minimum order value is ₹500.

 
5. Are there any delivery charges?
 

No. All orders are shipped with free delivery, provided the Order Value is ₹500

 
6. What are your delivery timelines?
 
  1. Orders received before 5:00 PM on working days (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day.
  2. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
  3. Our operational hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
 
7. Is express or priority delivery available?
 
We currently do not offer priority shipping. All deliveries follow our standard dispatch schedule.
 
8. What happens if I’m unavailable at the time of delivery?
 

If you are not available to receive your order, you may:

  1. Authorize delivery to a trusted neighbour, or
  2. Opt to have the order delivered to an alternate address, such as your workplace.
 
9. What if an item is out of stock?
 
In such cases, our team will reach out to you to offer a suitable alternative. If multiple items were ordered, the rest will be shipped as scheduled. For single-product orders, you may choose between a refund or cancellation.
 
10. Are there any hidden charges?
 
Absolutely not. We maintain a strict transparent pricing policy. The price displayed at checkout is the final payable amount—no additional fees or hidden charges apply.
 
11. How can I track my order?
 
You may log in to your Pelagic Tribe Shop account at any time to track your order status in real time. Delivery updates will also be shared via email.
 
12. Can I cancel my order?
 
Yes, orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
 
13. What if the product is damaged, opened, or not as described?
 
Please contact our support team immediately if a product arrives damaged, opened, or not as expected. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
