"Another ARMAJOINT" designed specifically for catching big saltwater fish

In 2022, ARMABOOST technology was introduced to overcome the limited casting distance of multi-section swimbaits, a weakness of multi-section swimbaits. This technology was incorporated into a series of multi-section swimbaits targeting three major species: black sea bass, sea bass, and flatfin. Simultaneously, another ARMAJOINT model, the OCEA ARMAJOINT, was also being tested as a prototype, specifically for catching large saltwater fish. In this type of fishing, where casting distance is crucial, the lure's long-range casting ability is crucial. However, due to the structural characteristics of multi-section swimbaits, their center of gravity is limited compared to rear-positioned pencil or wave-climbing lures, resulting in limited flight distance. However, with ARMABOOST technology, the lure folds in mid-flight, stabilizing its flight position. This allows for superior casting distance compared to similarly sized Shimano multi-section swimbaits, providing an effortless user experience. Furthermore, unlike traditional surface lures like pencils and wave-climbing lures, the OCEA ARMAJOINT features a unique swimming motion, making it a novel option for catching giant saltwater fish.
