The king of jigging bait reels, the OCEA JIGGER, is now available in a new size. The 4000 model is perfect for deep-sea fishing and fishing around remote islands. Boasting a maximum line capacity of 1,200m of PE No. 3, the outer diameter of the palming side has been reduced to achieve higher comfort when holding the reel. This allows you to target fish lurking in deeper levels of the ocean such as the greater amberjacks, goliath groupers, and coral rockfish. The Jigger's traditional robust construction and smooth reeling performance have been retained and the large-diameter star drag allows for more fine-tuned drag adjustment. The Fall Lever on the Ocea Jigger F Custom (size 2000) can be attached on to this model.

The clutch section features a newly shaped clutch lever that is cold-forged and beaten to achieve not only a high quality feel but also operability that surpasses that of previous models.

Drive Gear
Large-diameter gears boasting toughness

The large-diameter drive gear, which supports the drive unit, is made of ultra-high-strength brass material and designed to be massive and highly precise. There is no compromise in strength.

Pinion Gear
Special surface treatment improves durability

In the NEW OCEA JIGGER, the pinion gear has been given a special surface treatment to improve salt resistance. Significantly contributes to improved clutch durability.

Stainless Steel Parts
Internal parts with high strength & corrosion resistance

Stainless steel material with excellent rigidity and corrosion resistance is used in every corner of the washers and other internal parts. Durability is carried through to every detail.

CARBON CROSS WASHER

CARBON CROSS WASHER is used for both good sliding performance and high durability. It contributes to silky drag performance.

Large Diameter Star Drag

Adjustment can be made while gripping the handle knob. The large diameter of the knob makes it easy to make fine adjustments when loosening the drag, making it easier to maintain the proper drag force when dealing with large fish.

Interchangeable FALL LEVER

A FALL LEVER assembly of OCEA JIGGER F CUSTOM No.2000 can be attached.

Spool lock mechanism

A mechanism that completely locks the spool and locks reversal. This mechanism provides peace of mind in the event of root entrapment.

High-strength, waterproof roller clutch

Achieved 11 times greater reversal strength than the 03 OCEA JIGGER 4000. Durability is also improved by waterproof sealing to reduce water penetration into the drive gear shaft.

Clutch auto-return

The clutch uses an auto-return system that returns in conjunction with the handle. This eliminates the time lag between the bottom touch and the start of reeling, ensuring that the angler never misses a chance to strike immediately after the bait hits the bottom.
