Lever drag specially designed for jigging. A new move in jigging strategy to challenge giant fish.

Lever drags are visually easy to operate, and their drag performance, which prevents power-down through overheating, is optimal for tuna which are often fought over a long time. The higher the drag force of the lever drag, the heavier the handle rotation becomes, but the newly developed INFINITYDRIVE structure reduces the weight of the handle rotation at high drag by 30% compared to conventional drags. New large T-type handle knob and 105mm cold forged handle to face big fish. OCEA JIGGER series special features (frame shape for easy thumbing, drag lever for ease of operation). Attached drag cam for light lines.

FEATURES 

Spool lock mechanism A mechanism that completely holds the spool in place and locks reversal. Provides peace of mind in case of snagging.

Light line cam attached Customize the drag change with the included light line cam. OCEA JIGGER LD's drag has a standard cam with a large adjustment range for PE No.3 to No.5 by default, but by replacing it with the attached light line cam, it is possible to customize the drag characteristic to a gentle drag for PE No.1.5 to No.2.5. This setting is suitable for light line fishing where sudden changes in drag force should be avoided.

Drive Gear Achieved weight reduction while maintaining strength The large diameter drive gear, which supports the drive part, is made of ultra-high-strength brass material and designed to be massive and highly precision. There is no compromise in strength. Furthermore, OCEA JIGGER LD features thinning to achieve weight reduction without losing strength.

Thumbing Space A space is provided in front of the perming side to control the fall with the index finger. This allows for thumbing without disturbing the perming.

Newly developed large-sized handle knob

Cold forged long crank handle The handle is equipped with a highly rigid and strong cold forged long crank handle as standard. The hard and sturdy handle body is approximately twice as rigid as conventional handles, and the synergistic effect with HAGANE BODY enables direct reeling performance without power loss.

Cold forged high rigidity clutch lever For the clutch section, a newly shaped drag lever which is hammered by cold forging is used to achieve not only a high quality feel but also operability that exceeds that of the previous model.

CARBON CROSS WASHER Adopts CARBON CROSS WASHER that combine good sliding performance with high durability. It contributes to silky drag performance.
